Individual therapy
Maybe you’ve been thinking about starting therapy-- taking the first step is the hardest part! Through our work together you will gain insight and clarity, understand why you’re feeling “stuck”, learn new skills and gain confidence in your ability to cope with life’s challenges. I incorporate a variety of techniques, tailored to each individual situation.
Couples therapy
I’ll help you and your partner to strengthen your relationship through improved communication and conflict resolution skills. Couples therapy is a goal oriented and dynamic process—in our sessions you will learn and practice the skills needed for your relationship to thrive!
Parent coaching
Parenting is the hardest job you’ll ever have, and I am here to help! You may have noticed changes in your child’s behavior at home or in school, an increase in anxiety or difficulty regulating emotions. I’ll help you to develop effective strategies to support your child through these challenges.
